Where can I buy my thermaFlow matress?
Your mattress is as unique as you are.
That’s why we currently only manufacture the thermaFlow mattress upon request. Simply fill out the inquiry form above, and we will get back to you as soon as possible with all the details. Don’t worry, no purchase contract is created at this step.
Does the cooling system cause high noise levels?
We can assure you. The noise level of the thermaFlow mattress, even with the strongest airFlow, is less than 30 dB.
This is equivalent to a quiet whisper.
How long does it take for my custom-made thermaFlow matress to arrive?
We manufacture each mattress individually according to your measurements. This makes the production process take longer than for standard mattresses. After your inquiry, we will send you all the important information, including the estimated delivery time, in a single message.
What do I need to use the thermaFlow mattress at home?
To use the thermaFlow mattress with control via the control panel (which is of course included in the package), a standard power outlet is sufficient. However, if you want to use the app and connect a wearable, you will also need a stable internet connection as well as a smartphone or tablet.
Do I need a special bed frame for the thermaFlow mattress?
The mattress can be used on any type of bed, including box spring beds. You just need to ensure — as with any other mattress — that the bed frame is sufficiently breathable.
Can I experience thermaFlow live bevore submitting an inquiry?
You can currently experience the thermaFlow mattress live at Bettenhaus alesi or at our office in Gütersloh.

I don’t have a smartphone or tablet. How can I control the mattress instead?
Setup and operation do not require a connection to a smartphone or tablet. You can also control it conveniently via the control panel. Once set, the temperature automatically adjusts. Sensors detect any irregularities and gently but effectively regulate the temperature under the covers.
What if I don’t like the configured thermaFlow mattress?
Our body needs time to adjust to a new mattress and the changes it brings during the night. To give you enough time to adapt, we offer a 50-night trial. If you’re not satisfied with our product, simply contact us within the trial period at info@thermaflow.org.
How much energy does the thermaFlow mattress consume?
The efficient system has a low energy consumption to adjust the temperature under your covers.
Depending on usage intensity, thermaFlow incurs energy costs of approximately €20 per year.
